Viking Range, LLC, the leader in residential kitchen technology, has named Jennifer Beavers as the August Designer of Distinction. Ms. Beavers is a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Norm Tessier Cabinets based in Rancho Cucamonga, California and is the eighth monthly winner in the 2016 Viking Kitchen Design Competition. Designers from around the United States are vying for the coveted honor to become the 2016 Viking Designer of the Year. As a kitchen designer at Norm Tessier Cabinets, Jennifer has designed custom cabinetry that is produced right outside of her office door. Having manufacturing capabilities close at hand has provided opportunities to create one-of-a-kind projects and spaces. Her design skills range from modern and contemporary to classic traditional spaces. The August winning kitchen design is a compact, yet stylish and efficient kitchen. The kitchen embodies a classic French elegance fit for a chateau, yet down to earth for everyday living. “The island creates an ideal gathering spot for entertaining and with an open concept the cooks are able to freely cook while conversing with guests,” said Jennifer Beavers. “The combination of two work areas, with access to all appliances and fixtures create a functional environment while the contrast between the crisp wood and door carving details and the striking Viking appliances demand your attention,” added Beavers.
