First Meeting: NT Construction, Inc. Showroom

Project Overview & Budget

 

The first step in our design & remodeling process is a meeting at the showroom between you and one of our accomplished designers. 

 

We ask that you send to us before this meeting: 

• Pictures of your existing space

• Rough measurements of it's current layout - Download our Measuring Guide

  • Wall to Wall dimensions of the room, door and window locations

• Any pictures of kitchens / baths that you find attractive. This may be best accomplished in a Houzz.com ideabook, where you can invite your designer to it. This is the fastest way for us to understand your taste, style, color and texture preferences.

To help you make informed decisions, we will review items pertaining to your specific project needs. Cabinetry, countertops, lighting, flooring, etc. 

​

Whether you express a budget range in the $40's, 80's, or $120's, we will spend time discussing your budget. We'll look through similar projects and discuss what the client invested into that space. We will discuss project/product possibilities considering the budget range. 

Everything at this meeting is painted in broad brushstrokes. We don't expect you to have decided on particular materials or even exactly how much you want to spend in the space.

Design Retainer​

If you are confident that NT Construction is the right remodeling company for you, then we can complete a design retainer and get the design process started right away. 

​

 

Second Meeting - Site Survey & Feasibility 

 

Following the Design Retainer Agreement, our next meeting will take place at your house. Your Designer needs to understand your home, bathroom or kitchen as it is now. 

One or more designers will measure your space.
